Case
A 30-year-old woman presented with left-sided dull chest pain, productive cough and weight loss for 2 years. She denied fever, dyspnoea, night sweats or contact with patients afflicted by tuberculosis. Initial sputum workup was negative for tubercular, bacterial and fungal aetiologies, and a chest X-ray was unremarkable.
