We reported a case of eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE) treated with short-term 6-food-group elimination diet and reintroduction therapy.1 Elimination diet and reintroduction therapies for EoE are usually performed for 6 to 8 weeks and a 2-week observation period, respectively.2 Our method was implemented in 5 days each.
