Pneumatosis intestinalis caused by intussusception

A 3-year-old girl presented to the emergency department with acute abdominal pain, vomiting and lethargy. Her abdominal region was flat and soft, with no muscular guarding. After the hospital visit, she repeated vomiting, and the colour of vomitus changed to blood red.
