A previously healthy 57-year-old woman was referred to our hospital due to pain in the right scapular region of 6 months’ duration.
MRI showed a rounded cystic lesion (53×54×57 mm) in close relationship with the lateral face of the vertebral bodies and partial extension to the intervertebral foramen of C1–C2 without intracanal extension (figure 1).
