    A male in his early 20s presented with fever, haemoptysis and bleeding gum for 4 days. A physical examination revealed subconjunctival haemorrhage of the left eye, generalised lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly and petechiae on both legs.

    Chest X-ray and CT scan showed large mild heterogeneously enhancing anterior mediastinal mass (figure 1).
