A 50-year-old male patient presented with 3-month history of itchy, reddish, scaly lesions over both arms. There was no significant history of any systemic complaints or long-term medication intake. Patient was a chronic alcoholic for last 30 years. On examination, there were erythematous scaly plaques limited to extensors of both upper limbs with clear demarcation and sparing of the covered areas (figure 1). Mucosa, hair and nails were normal.
