A 26-year-old man born out of non-consanguineous marriage with no comorbidities presented with asymptomatic multiple opaque white complete transverse striations or bands over all fingernails sparing both fifth digit nails in the hands (figure 1A,B) and incomplete transverse opaque white bands on left first, second toenails and right second toenail (figure 2).
