A 70-year-old thin built woman got admitted with a history of increased frequency of urination, hesitancy, urinary incontinence and lower abdominal pain for 4 years which worsened since 1 month ago. She denied a history of fever, haematuria or postmenopausal bleeding. She had four full term normal vaginal deliveries in the past. She gave a history of undergoing treatment for uterine fibroids with oral progesterone at the age of 35 years, since she denied to undergo hysterectomy. At the age of 45, she was given intracavitary brachytherapy for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. The fibroids were persistent then and there were no complications of radiotherapy.
