A 42-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of pain in lower back and both shoulder joints. She was undergoing radiotherapy for suspected chordoma since 3 months. On examination, multiple translucent papules coalescing to form plaques were present on the eyelids (figure 1A), axilla and sacral area (figure 1B).
