Case description
A 70-year-old man was evaluated for sinusitis with skull radiograph which demonstrated open anterior fontanelle. Physical examination revealed broad forehead, open anterior fontanelle, multiple impacted teeth and sloping shoulders with an abnormal hypermobile shoulders (figure 1).
