      Malaria is endemic in many parts of the world and remains one of the world’s biggest killers. Healthcare professionals, patients and those travelling to affected areas (who clearly wish to avoid becoming patients!) all have need of reputable, up to date information about the disease. So what does the internet have to offer? Typing “malaria” into a search engine produces over 25 000 000 results, although it is easy to refine your search, depending on the type of information you are looking for.
