Drug interaction with anti-mycobacterial treatment as a cause of clopidogrel resistance

The case is reported of a patient presenting with recurrent acute myocardial infarction due to stent thrombosis resulting from possible clopidogrel resistance caused by interaction between clopidogrel and anti-tuberculosis drugs. A brief overview of drug interaction as a risk factor for clopidogrel resistance is given.
